Our first exercise session!

This morning, a group of 8 braved the frosty conditions to greet the weekend with some exercise! Aerobic exercise, upper and lower body resistance- we did a bit of everything. But don't worry, it's not too intense :)

The group meets on the first Saturday of each month, so our next session will be on the 1st of August, 8:30am. It's free, a lot of fun, and a great way to start a weekend. We hope to see you there!
